Better arrangement of check-in and check-out such as lock-box instead of in person with fixed checkin time

The location of this property's great, right across a tram stop and opposite from Southern Cross Station where there's a supermarket to get groceries too. There's also a Thai massage that just opened late March, which is really convenient after a long day. The team also maintained great communication from even before we arrived. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacement upon check-in, and they immediately fixed it while we were out. The whole apartment was homey and well-maintained. Having a guest bathroom on the first floor was certainly helpful as it saved us trips going up and down the stairs!

The only downside is that the master's bathroom only had one sink so we couldn't get ready simultaneously.

The carpet was very stained and appeared unkempt We were told it was 21 years old and it had been shampooed approximately 4 weeks prior to our arrival. The carpet being stained and dirty really made the whole apartment look old and dirty
