Atrium Hotel Heathrow

We enjoyed our stay at AtriumAirport Hotel. However, one night around 2 a.m., I asked a security staff member for water, and he told me to walk to a nearby gas station, which didn’t feel safe at that hour. Later, the front desk informed me there was tap water in the room — something that wasn’t clearly mentioned. It would help to train all staff better and maybe install a vending machine for late-night needs. Other than this, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-run. I stayed at the Atrium Hotel Heathrow and was charged £33.64 for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. I’ve reached out to the hotel, but haven’t received a refund or any response. Very frustrating, as this was clearly a billing error. Otherwise, the stay was fine, but this issue left a bad impression.

Good location from train station, clean room but toiletries not good quality.

The location is very convenient, nice staff, good breakfast

I stayed here for one night and the place was nice and the beds were comfy, as well as spacious rooms; however, the food in the restaurant was very expensive for the most mediocre food. I had a side of fries and a Caesar salad and the salad had wilted lettuce and was not a good salad. Cost me 24 pounds. My shower was not very hot and the wifi was very bad.

It was conveniently located near an Underground station and the rooms were very nice. It was a great value for the cost.

Easy access from Heathrow on the Tube. Clean room with amenities and a very comfortable bed - perfect for a night after a long haul flight.

Pleasant hotel, pool and gym are pleasant. Room is large enough with a fridge and food amenities. Hotel is very very noisey however and check in was exceptionally slow
