Atrium Hotel Heathrow

Having got to reception after parking in the basement car park i was met with a lady who i think was training whichis fair enough We wasnt aware that the key card operated the lift and was told by a member of the catering staff The beds was really uncomfortable and when we tried the shower. We may have been drier standing in it as the floor outside the shower was more wet than the inside The tv didnt work. And on the last night we gad what could onmy be described as a race track for the kids with screaming and shouting at one point If im.honest thehotel is in a great spot if youlike spotting planes but for the cost iwas very disabled

Poor food drink and bad smells

We stayed for just one night, as our flight was leaving late the next afternoon. I have to say, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond our expectations. They kindly extended our stay—not just once, but twice—to accommodate a late check-out. We had missed a few stops on the tube, and ended up returning later than planned, but the manager and staff were incredibly understanding and gracious. The service was truly exceptional, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and kindness.

Great hotel, clean, quit very close to metro station and airport. Nice pool and gym.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fancy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was a convenient distance to the airport. Getting to the airport was more expensive and challenging than I expected. We waited for a taxi for 45 minutes, and it didn't look like a real taxi when it arrived. Not sure who the desk called. It was fine, though.

Great covenuent modern hotel , right accross from underground station to Terminal , free subway ride to Terminals 1,2 &3

Nice room, clean, fresh towels. Great Pool and spa easy to find, and only 10 mins from airport T3

An amazing looking hotel to look at ..Attractive and lit up the area on.approach from station...Reception was easy accesible from ramp...Staff on reception was genuinely warm and friendly making us weary travellers feel welcomed..Will stay again for sure on our next visit to londonfrom Australia.

Having arrived flustered from a cancelled flight, the front desk were very friendly. Spa was really nice, clean and empty when I used it, which was great. Room was ok, could do with a revamp. TV didn't work and the WiFi was terrible, definitely wouldn't recommend if to anyone needing to work from there but if looking for nice spa facilities before you fly then good option.

Everything was great. No complaints. I was a bit worried that there’d be nowhere to eat nearby but found the lovely Green Man pub just a block or two walk into the neighborhood and had a fantastic pub dinner and some pints. The whole experience has been most enjoyable and convenient to the airport. Only one easy train stop to Terminal 2.
