Atrium Hotel Heathrow

This location is great for the airport, but there is nothing else around. The breakfast wasn't great either

Mine and a few other guests' room wasn't available at the check-in time - had to wait 40 mins, which wasn't nice after a 4-hour drive. Asked to go for a swim with my daughter whilst waiting but told we couldn't until a room is allocated. Once in, though, the hotel was excellent - clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, super convenient for Heathrow and London with Hatton Cross tube across the road. Outstanding noise insulation as didn't hear a single plane or car from the busy road.

Decent place to stay. This hotel takes in a lot of cancelled flight people so it’s very busy. The Indian food good but expensive. Don’t order the Greek Salad with chicken, it’s 18 pounds and it is the size of a side salad. The chicken tikka masala is good and a good portion for about 16 pounds. Pool is nice and steam and dry saunas are great.

Air con annoying kept me awake all njght going on and off Room so big would prefer space to be utilised with a bath

The staff were friendly and check-in/out was very quick. I really liked for how close we were to the property that you did not hear any noise from the planes landing or taking off. The front lobby of the hotel was very clean and is looks elegant, however I found the hallway to the room to have a mouldy smell. The room I was given had a very thick carpet which made the luggage hard to roll and I personally do not like carpet in hotel rooms as I find it unsanitary. The tub surround for the bath was falling off and it looked like there was a leak somewhere between the tub and toilet. I found the beds were extremely small and hard to sleep on as well I noticed the end of one of the beds looked quite dirty. I am unsure if I would stay here again.

Great location to transit through Heathrow with tube & bus station just across the road. Spacious clean room. The mattress was a little firm. We ate dinner in the restaurant, the staff were attentive, the burger was average, Caesar Salad needs attention, just lettuce & a few small croutons. The pool & spa were great! We would stay at the Atrium again.

This is now my go to hotel near Heathrow. Especially when flying into terminal 2 & 3. It is awesome. Rooms were awesome. Across the street from Hatten Cross Station. Easy walk over and one stop to airport. Stay here if it meets your budget.

Arrived late & left early, no food available, went to the wrong entrance, go to the entrance on the right side of the building, room & bathroom both very large & very clean, will definitely stay here again when flying early out of Heathrow

This was a great place to stay the night before an early morning flight. The food was good and I felt safe as a solo traveler. I will stay again.
