I like that this property is very close to airport. But if you are visiting London it's little far from central. Food option is very limited for the price they charge. Room cleaning service is not great, I wasn't happy about it that on day they didn't put any towels in my room. I called front desk, and hey day don't worry we will send some right now, No apologies. Second day no toilet paper was stocked and everyday coffee supplies not stocked. Seems like they try to save money on supply. If you need something you have to call.

Four stars is a big stretch. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a great stoppage point if you’ve had a late flight, or long flight. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay here, and it’s definitely for businesspeople and the like. Very close to the subway and the airport, and it costs nothing to get from the airport to the hotel if taking the tube. Had a lovely, warm infinity pool and a super relaxing hot tub, sauna room, and steam room. Great way to unwind after a long flight.

It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing!

Good room and clean. There are lots of rules and signs posted around the hotel which is overwhelming. The pool times are also extremely inconvenient especially for families. Pool hours are only from 10am-6pm for kids and with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, it doesn't give families an opportunity to use the facility, which I think is what the hotel is going for.

The area around the hotel was very run down and unsafe. The hotel pool is only open until 8pm. This is very unfortunate for international travelers who are in and out of many time zones and want to use the amenities when it is convenient for them. Our AC unit screens were so dirty it would not run. My husband is an HVAC tech so he fixed it and it worked finally. We were also disappointed that the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Other people had commented on a shuttle service but this may have been cancelled. The dinner servers did not know much about the menu and my husband was told his steak would take 45 minutes to cook. It came 10 minutes later. The food was mediocre at best. Also the coffee shop did not open until 11. Weird.

Location was good, staff was friendly. We were very disappointed to learn of the strict pool schedule. Our main reason for booking at this hotel was for the pool and we were unable to use it during the short time we were there. Our kids were very disappointed.
