3 Bed- The Regency Suite

Arrived early and was ale to check in early. Friendly staff, very helpful and great apartment.

Open space, clean and modern.

Nothing we didn’t like, met all of our standards. Maybe some baking trays would be handy :)

Very spacious and comfortable.

Property was amazing, lovely and clean and warm. Staff were fantastic very helpful, breakfast was great but you have to go to another place to have it, not a problem for us but if you have kids and elderly it’s a little walk

Comfy beds, lovely towels and linen. Large apartment. Clean. Easy to walk to city centre. Beautiful bath

Needs new blinds in the lounge and breakfast bar chair is tatty.

The apartment was large, modern & well equipped, the windows & blinds could do with a spruce up & I had an issue with the lock on the bathroom door but the issue was eventually kindly resolved

The kerb appeal wasn’t the best but once we entered the building we were very pleased

Location was great. Apartment exceeded our expectations.

When we arrived the first property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. You might think this would lead to a bad review however the customer service we received from out of hours staff was exceptional. We were moved and transported in the staffs own car. Really took the stress off what had been a horrible journey from Sweden. Can’t rate customer service highly enough.

Even though we stayed in a much better location the first property was also high quality and would have been everything we needed.
