3 Bed- The Regency Suite

Amazing property, super surprised at the size of the rooms and accommodation.

Some things could improve, more of the maintenance aspect, but overall can’t complain.

Carpets were in need off a clean, and there was no bed sofa as stated ? My daughter found pet hair in her bed Noisy from traffic outside, wouldn’t call it 5 star accommodation more 3

Was rather warm inside day and night

Well furnished 3 bedroom apartment with lots of space, all mod cons and comfy beds.

Inundated with emails containing incorrect check in location and late check out options (when no late check out was available). On checking in and collecting the key, then travelling to the apartment, we found that the key did not turn in the lock. After several phone calls back to the check in building we were advised that there was a door a floor lower where we could gain access. The key, after some fiddling around just managed to turn and let us in. After reporting that we weren't happy with the barely working key, we were asked to return to the check in site to swap for another key. On pointing out that I didn't wish to get the kids back into the car to travel back to check in the check in staff said they would send a new key with someone to the apartment. This person never arrived and we went out for the evening leaving the door unlocked for fear of not being able to get back in on our return. It was a good job we were only staying for one night!

Beautiful decor, spacious and clean. Secure and great situation

Some doors were hard to open including entrance key, bathroom door, caused distress to both of our children as they felt locked in. Was quite hot but the fans were a welcome addition.

The size of the apartment was surprising, so much room, perfect for our party of 5. Well appointed, comfy rooms, felt like being in a hotel. Carpets were new and plush. It felt exciting being up in the roof.

We were only there for a brief stay so can't really pick it to pieces. Collecting the key was slightly confusing given the address we had been given. That could be down to us though!
