The Hay Suite

Lovely space, and nice to have option of hot tub and pool

No coffee, tea facilities which is unusual in accommodation. Gating around property had hole in so my dog escaped but came back.

Hay suite was ideal for a couple. Well furnished, clean and comfortable . Bed was very comfortable. We had a problem with our car when we came to leave and Roy was extremely helpful in trying to get us going again. Other staff members were also very helpful as we were stuck for about 6 hours with AA repair trying to get us going and then waiting for the recovery truck. All the staff on site went above and beyond trying to help us.

Loved the pool although we had to sort the pool cover ourselves.lovely view and location. Loads of space. Fantastic balcony

The bed was really hard. The kitchen was a little rough round the edges and TV in bed room was awful.

It was in a good location. The property was ideal for a couple had everything we needed.

Great location, easy access to and from Aberystwyth. Ideal little apartment with everything needed, even a little welcome pack to help with washing up. Balcony to watch red kites from plus downstairs picnic table. Good Internet.

Communication with site was slow, some litter under bed (Fanta bottles). Swimming pool small and crowded.

Nice bedroom excellent location

Noisy groups in other lodges. Holes need fixing in cottage garden fence to make it more pet friendly.

Excellent property pets welcome. Jacuzzi bath was lovely as were facilities.... everything was perfect would definitely recommend.
