Very convenient for the University. We were dropping our daughter off for her first year. Staff were fantastic place was clean and tidy. 

There was plenty of hot water. The view from upstairs window was lovely. The TV had good reception.

The place had not been thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen drawers would not close properly - seem to be coming off their runners. We had to clean the grease off of the stove and on top of the microwave before we could use it. The freezer door has been damaged. The bathroom is outdated and needed a thorough cleaning. The Bathroom Emergency light cover was broken, so not properly IP-rated. The balcony door has daylight showing underneath it and lets outside air in. All in all, definitely NOT worth the price we were charged.

Loved the bedroom as high ceiling and slit windows made me feel I was in a castle. Bath was pretty amazing too and plenty hot water. Quiet place considering there were several properties with families..

Cottage was very nice. Pool and hot tub both great and super clean. Nice and quiet area and great areas to walk the dog. Will definitely be considering coming here again. The it downside was the weather but thankfully pool was heated I assume as it was perfect.

What I didn’t like: Parking was difficult at times; no designated disabled bays; too few spaces for 10 cottages WiFi was hit and miss but our mobile signal was good… we used that! The weather! Not the fault of the owner

Excellent property very clean

Could not get wi fi to work and dripping shower

It was like having your own little cottage.. Very comfortable and a nice bed.

Nothing to dislike but I never saw any staff so can't rate them.
