The Hay Suite

Lovely comfortable little converted house in a pretty block of what I assume were old farm buildings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a jacuzzi, downstairs patio and an upstairs balcony.

Only thing missing in the kitchen was a drying up cloth. Location was a bit of a trek from town centre, and part of the route was along a narrow road with no lights. We used a taxi at night, only £7.

The apartment was great but didn’t realise we were in the middle of a caravan park!!! Our cottage got a bit of morning sun but none in the afternoon. The pool/spa complex was opposite us so constant kid noise and activity. Not very private.

Could have been warned about the close proximity to the pool and also the lack of sun into our yard. It was too cool to sit on our balconies.

Equipped like a permanent home. Great location with perfect views

The cottages are in fact part of a caravan park which wasn't made clear before booking However we grew to love it

The location,

Tatty comes to mind. Very dated and not very good quality fixtures and fittings. Everywhere looked as if it needed a good thorough clean. Under sofa cushions were loads of crumbs and dirt cobwebs everywhere. Maintenance on the property was sadly lacking it's such a shame as with some TLC could be a lovely holiday home.
