The location is excellent. The cottage is cosy and well appointed. We were visiting the RSC and the cottage was walking distance to the town and theatre. Great information and kept up to date by the host. Brilliant to have the parking permit. Thank you

Due to the weather the front door was swollen and difficult to close and open. Sure this will be dealt with.

Great location - very convenient for walking to the Old Town and river. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, efficient shower, plenty of hot water.

Nothing really - it’s located on quite a busy road so there is some traffic noise in the front bedroom but that’s the compromise for being so centrally located. You do have to walk short distances to park the car but we never had a problem finding a space.

Our original booking was for 4 Grove Road, but on arrival there was an issue with flies. The host moved us next door to 3 Grove road. This property is dirty and very run-down. Broken bed frame, torn and stained towels, torn bedding, rusty dish drainer, stained mugs and cracked glasses. Filthy seating upholstery. Filthy windows and window frames. Multiple cobwebs. Filthy outdoor furniture with an old fridge left in the space. The owner has ignored our attempts to discuss these issues.

Fabulous location, all of the main attractions are within a short walking distance and after you've spent the day walking, you can relax in the amazing bath!! The cottage itself is like a tardis, plenty of space and all the necessities to be able to prepare and cook meals. The owner was very helpful and friendly too.

Didn't understand the heating which meant it was a little cold one of the evenings.

We were very pleased we booked this cottage. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Easy parking and key collection instructions. We had a great time and will book here again when we return to Stratford.

For the price paid the property represents excellent value for money. An ideal base for Stratford and beyond.
