Mattress a bit soft for me and one side made me feel like I might fall out

Lovely greeting when we arrived and was shown to our beautifully decorated room . The location was brilliant with access to local amenities , was also shown by the receptionist where we could park our car free . The accommodation was clean with toiletries , tea, coffee ect. The bar was very trendy and food looked fab which I will try next time I stay. Really liked the quotes throughout the building and in the bar which has an idyllic garden .

Everything was perfect for our overnight stay as we went to a wedding at The Stone Trough at Whitwell .

Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We received a very warm welcome from the staff and were taken to our room rather than just being given directions. We were also told where we could park for free which was only a few minutes walk away. The room had full size coffee mugs and a well stocked hospitality tray. Toiletries were provided. The room was a good size and decorated with quirky little touches.

Our room was ground floor and the bedroom window was just a few feet away from where other guests and customers were sitting in the courtyard. We felt quite uncomfortable about this.
