"Good"

Food was delicious, staff lovely, lots of nice touches, great location

The room was extremely hot, on a mild day. There was a fan but it was so rickety we couldn't keep it on during the night. Meant we were sweltering

We loved the hotel; the decor, the staff, the location, the drinks. Would come back and would recommend.

Not really something that can be changed due to it being an old building but wish there were more plugs etc.

"Very expensive for the experience."

Quirky. Good food.

My 67 year old husband was expected to carry all of our luggage up all of the stairs. No help offered by young man on reception. A bad start. Washbasin not draining. No tv. Room too light no blackouts. Bath minuscule. Weird to make coffee on landing.
