The Reserve at Park MGM

Always nice to visit Vegas and not be overwhelmed by all the people. The Reserve at P ark MGM is the perfect spot to stay and still have access to all Vegas has to offer without the crowd. It's a hotel within a hotel so you have your own entrance, elevators and that makes a huge difference. The staff, decor, and vibe is top notch and the service is outstanding. All you need is at Park MGM, but the tram will take you all the way to Bellagio and hotels in between. If you want to stay somewhere cool without the crowds of a big hotel, this is the spot.

This hotel is very awkwardly set up. There are difficulties and trying to find areas in the hotel. It is set up almost like an octopus. The staff at the front desk is very nice particularly the ones that work at night time we had significant issues with our airline, losing our luggage. However, at registration, no one gave us a map showing us where the restaurants are where the Uber pick up area is as that is a thing here in Las Vegas. The rooms are large and comfortable. The rooms are also clean. I read somewhere that this portion of the hotel was renovated. I would argue that that information is at least 25 years old. The TV is not a smart TV which I have not come across in several years. The bathroom amenities were plentiful, but not very good. But the biggest issue that I came across was how dark the hallways the lobby of the registration area and most of the room. I think you can have atmosphere dimly lit, but with enough light that you don’t have to worry about bumping into a wall in the middle of the day. The attached pictures will show how dark it was at 9 AM. The towels in the bathroom were actually soft, which I appreciate. Overall, a good stay just dated dark and it needs to have a little bit more communication so that the guest can truly enjoy all of the options at the hotel. There may be a spa at the hotel. I’m guessing because I saw that there was a stop on the elevator that said spa. It was kind of nice that the casino area did not reek of cigarettes. In fact it smelled normal.

Great room, wonderful staff. Friendly housekeeping. Quiet, clean, loved Eataly in the facility.

Absolutely love this hotel. Will stay here in the future. The entire hotel and casino were smoke free. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing and they even allow you to bring your dog. Best hotel in Vegas!!
