Kasa South Loop Chicago

Was in town for several days with some friends and we all had glowing reviews for the Kasa South Loop location. Beautiful scenery, clean space and in-unit laundry made for an extremely comfortable and easy trip. Check in and Check Out instructions were concise and easy to access/make sense of. Parking in the garage is also super easy and affordable. No complaints!!

I had a wonderful long weekend in Chicago staying at this Kasa unit. I’m use to Air B&B type stays and the experience with Kasa was exponentially better! The ‘virtual front desk’ is such a useful tool and I found it easier to navigate versus other booking sites. The unit itself was exactly as described (and honestly even better than the pictures!). It was clean and well-cared for. At no point during my stay did I come across anything that I felt like the unit was lacking in amenities. I also appreciated the security of the particular building I stayed at and felt that the use of key fobs made getting around the building very easy. 10/10 love their customer service as well! When I got to the unit, there was a loud noise from the air conditioner in the unit over. I texted the people at Kasa about it and within an hour, the issue was fixed! It’s rare to get that level of service nowadays and because of that, any time in the future that I’m looking to book a stay, I’m checking with Kasa first!

Stunning and clean! The property management is top notch! They were in contact frequently before our stay making sure we understand how the process worked, how to get in, and how to navigate. One of my best vacation experiences!

First time staying with Kasa properties. Everything smooth and with no contact with an actual person. Was clean,fully stocked apartment with everything fairly new and well kept.

This hotel is a great stay! Booked for my birthday weekend and would do it again if I were to visit Chicago in the future. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Pre-Check instructions were very easy to follow, parking was also secure and conveniently behind the hotel. We originally booked a Queen Studio room but were upgraded to a King and Twin room! The view was stunning, room had everything we needed, and easy access to other amenities.

From the initial contact to reserving the room ...to them checking in a few times making sure we were happy with everything... to assisting with several requests we had... They followed through down to every details...Plus we loved the view !!! Special Thank you to Maria + Rose and the whole Kasa Team, making our stay in Chicago one to remember!

This building is downtown, placing you in a great launch pad to see everything Chicago has to offer. The building was clean and easy to access, and home to many young professionals. The Kasa floor was quiet and well-kept. Staff was responsive by text. Kitchen was not well-stocked but it had enough to get by.
