I definitely enjoyed my stay and roof deck was the highlight.

Lovely department with excellent view, location near of Buckingham Fountain at reasonable walking distance. Complete gym that includes instructor. Business center with coffee and work stations. Rooftop with great view and space. Self parking covered with additional reasonable cost and in and out unrestricted. Pet friendly and near market for supplies.

The location of this property is perfect, and the view is fantastic. The coffee and kitchen amenities were also great. This is the first time I have stayed in a property with a virtual lobby assistant, and it worked out well.

Had a couple of small issues. Communication was easy, prompt and issues were handled efficiently. Very attentive and friendly hosts. Would stay again!

Great place

The room was very comfortable. It is furnished with very basic furnishings (nothing fancy), they were all clean and in good condition. It was definitely better than a hotel room.

Target nearby, plenty food choices. Walkable to Millenium Park, Grant Park. Not far from train station either.

We had everything we needed during our stay at Kasa. It was like a home away from home. Kasa made the check in and check out very easy. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay with Kasa again. Highly recommend.
