Kasa South Loop Chicago

This is our second stay at this property. 3 families all had own room for private time but great kitchen living room when we all wanted to be together. Great building, kasa makes it super clear and easy to remotely check in and out. Great spot close to target/ movies and several restaurants. Will probably be back. Thanks!

Stay in there king room perfect size space and view clean and was in a great location to everything we needed

Beautiful view. Mostly well-stocked kitchen, but needed more place settings of silverware, plates, and glasses. Provided easy directions to follow.

Apartment was very cost effective nice neighbor hood close to the subway easy to around Chicago plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, neat little pad in the South Loop. Close to the subway/L, lots of restaurants and a Target within walking distance. Apartment was decently furnished, had cooking utensils, pans, etc.. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of towels. Will absolutely use again. Only issue we had was a door lock that sometimes took several tries to open. They sent a maintenance person the following day that adjusted it and then it worked slightly better. He did say that he would put that unit on the list for a new door, since the root problem was door warpage. Overall, great experience.

This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Everyone we met in the building (residents & staff) was helpful & friendly. We would definitely recommend this location to others and will look here first for future Chicago accommodations!

For all the years I've traveled, one of the worst experiences ever. The first one-bedroom unit had a broken bedroom closet door; the kitchen cooktop looked like it had never been scoured, the floors were dirty and the walls were dirty and badly scuffed. After multiple hours on the phone with customer service they switched units, but the second was only marginally better. To me, the place simply did not feel clean, and in talking to the on-site manager, he indicated the first unit definitely needed "some work" and appreciated the punch-list of needed repairs for the second unit. Perhaps it was because I was using point that I was put in such terrible units. On the plus side, the connected parking garage was convenient and secure, and it was a quick walk to various South Loop restos and parks. Glad to read other visitors had better experiences, but I would NEVER stay there again...or use Kasa. Trust Pilot reviews were consistently unsatisfactory. Also after complaining post stay...including providing photos of the dirt and poor upkeep, I got roughly 20% of the points I used refunded.
