Wonderful stay and view

Came for a family reunion and Kasa was the perfect place to stay between events. Located in the South Loop by the Harrison (red line) and Roosevelt lines (red/orange/green), we had easy access to visits throughout the city. We drove in and parking was so simple and affordable for its location. The communication throughout was consistent and check-in instructions were easy to follow for a hassle-free experience. The actual apartment had everything we needed (and more). I would 1000% stay here again. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower being too low for my preference, but truly a non-issue in the overall experience of the stay. Highly recommend Kasa for your next Chicago visit!

Great location. Very well kept and clean. Even when we had an issue with a shower faucet the response was quick and effective. I will definitely stay at this property on our next Chicago visit.

The carpets were not very clean. Multiple light bulkbs were burned out. Side chairs in the living room were dirty and need replaced.

Overall it was a nice stay and convenient for a large group with a nice view, just wish it would be cleaner. The rugs were a bit stained and the teflon pans and cutting boards were severely scratched. Other wear and tear like large scratches on the stove. The drains smelled funky too.

Always love staying at Kasa. Really easy check in process and the units are amazing.

This was a nice spacious condo with beautiful views from living room and the bedroom. Kitchen has everything you need. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had closet with lots of shelves for clothes, and the convenience of washer/dryer. The weather wasn't the best, but we were able to take advantage of the roof top deck before we left. Even if you don't have time to use it, be sure and check it out. Amazing views!! We really appreciated the secure building. It was our first visit to Chicago and didn't know what to expect. I'm happy to say we felt very safe during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and it was easy to find. We had key fobs for entry to the building and coded door to the condo. I also want to mention the staff for Kasa were responsive to any question I had. We had an issue with the TV. I sent them a text in the evening, and it was fixed when we got back the next day with a follow up asking us if all was OK. We don't stay in hotels that often, and when researching hotel prices in Chicago it was eye opening. Finding this condo was great!! We had room, the comforts of home, and everything we needed.

Great stay will be back

This was a great property for a quick girls trip. I woods definitely stay here again.
