The location and the rooms were generous . They also had ensuites . The cafe downstairs offered good variety and service was good

We opted for a 2 bedroom apartment thinking there would be a common Living area. The kitchenette was poorly stocked , living area was cramped and dingy.

I like the room layout, and the hotel location is in the quite place, but still easy to go to the downtown.

The room located at the first floor, then we can't see the view of the George Town city.

The location is great.

Gym is outdated and useless. Rooms lacks an element of comfort (ie. comfy chairs to sit in). The elevators are shared with an office building so you often have to wait a long time as they are always full.

The location was fantastic and the unit was very clean.

The unit was dated for what we paid. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Some lights didn't work. The room was big but felt empty and uncomfortable. There was just one very uncomfortable chair and it wasn't a good place to spend time. We chose this hotel because it had a gym, but the gym is dated, had missing + minimal equipment and is virtually useless. We could have booked a much nicer hotel in the area (without a gym) for the same price, and now I wish we had. It seems we paid a premium from a gym that we really didn't get. I still gave the property 7 stars because it was VERY clean and the staff let us extend our stay when plans changed (didn't feel like moving all our stuff to a new hotel )
