Urban H Hotel

Location is great and central and accessible to shopping and train.

New and still clean. Location not bad.

Security. Anyone could walk into the hotel and to your room from the car park. The car park door is open all day, with a sign that reads ‘only hotel guests beyond this point’. Any thieves going to follow that? Should make it more secure by requiring guests to tap to unlock door to get into hotel. We were also given pathetic tiny rolls of toilet paper and have to resort to using tissue papers on second day!

The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is either new or recently furbished, so everything is sparkling clean. It's on a rather quiet street of the town so the area is really peaceful and calm. Yet there are many small coffee shops and restaurants around.

Hotel management needs to work on making the rooms soundproofed. You can hear the people in the next room or in the lobby.

Location was good. Walkable to many places of interests and eateries.

The gym was a bit dated but had enough to do basic work outs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable

Noise was a major issue. You can hear the traffic and people coming from the road. You can also hear people’s conversations and when they are using the toilet in other rooms. Both the road and other room noise make it difficult to sleep. I had to wear headphones to sleep. Also there is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom which I tried to air out but was unable.
