The room is spacious. Helpful staff.

Room need maintenance .We were at room 218, the aircon is not working properly . The reception change our room to 118, shower drain is clogged so water overflow out to toilet area. We reported it to the reception before we go out for the day and when we return the problem has been fixed.

We would like to express our gratitude to Ms Ming and Goh for their excellent service and hospitality. We are very touched with their professionalism throughout our stay. They even guided us on places to visit and eatery. Vimal and family- Kuala Lumpur

1. Towels were smelly 2. Insufficient supply of mineral water bottle 3. Water flowing from shower to the main sink

I liked the location which was near and walkable to everything. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were big but there really should have been a proper closet or some shelves for us to put our things. Also the bathroom needs to have more hooks to hang towels on. At one point the bathroom had no water though it came back on again soon after.

During my last stay the room aircond sound was too loud until I couldn’t even hv a good rest . It’s quite upset as I’ve been staying there whenever I travelled to Penang. Hope it fix the room aircond and ensure there is no noise coming out from the aircond anymore

Like the cleanliness of the room. Room is very spacious for 4 pax. Bed is comfortable and come with 2 pillow for each one 😊 The is 1 corner at the lobby, if u grab food, for the delivery guy to leave the food.☺️

Bathroom not enough of hook to hook bath towel or clothes when prepare for bath. There isn't any soap holder for hand soap.

Staff were kind & helpful when you asked for something - ask for electrical adapter at reception. Good sized modern rooms with mini-fridge and usual amenities.

Poor hot water - sluggish to arrive (waste 1000L waiting) and just beyond tepid when it finally arrives. I asked for assistance because it took inordinate amount of time (could have 2x full showers in cold water before warm water kicks in) but was assured it was normal for hotel despite maintenance apparently looking at it. Enormous waste of water and undermines any environmental-friendly attempts. Poor electrical / lighting - main switch near bed (poor design) to have bathroom lights on (so in the middle of the night you light up the bedroom too) … main light is not named / indicated so it took phone call to reception to uncover the mystery. Ridiculous design & frustrating system.
