Cleanses of the room, particularly the bathroom. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low to the point where it was almost impossible to shower.

The property is fine but rooms are never thoroughly cleaned I had to do extra cleaning on my own. The staff are great - for example Brenda and Pam but the chap working weekends has zero sense of customer service. He is not only unfriendly but arrogantly insists substandard service is fine.

Staff was never at front desk; only if you called. Not sure of the reasoning behind this. No pots, pans, or utensils in a kitchen suite My room (306) had the most annoying flickering bathroom light bulb. Someone epileptic could easily be triggered by it. No room service at any point, yet I had someone knock on my door to tell me that I cannot leave my overflown trash from the basket outside of room. Either I pay $30 fee or walk out into 15 degree weather and toss it out myself. The floor I was staying on was in the middle of being painted but no signs of improvement on the project so it looked like an abandoned project to me.

It was a very quiet and clean place! Very organized and well maintained!
