I liked the location and the staff was nice.

We pulled in and a man had his dog off the leash. Then we go and check in and get to the room and there’s zero sheets or comforter on the bed. Pillows were everywhere. The room was a mess. We got moved rooms but I felt like we should have received some money back because we went from a king to a Queen. We will not be returning. This was the second chance I gave here.

The hotel is in a really good part of town. Lots of shopping. My only complaint is the bed. One side of bed was really broken down. Those are details they need to pay attention to.

Family had to wait over two hours because the room door was malfunctioning and they had to change door lock.

Just awful. Hallways stunk of cigarettes, absolute bare minimum done in every aspect, there was no trash can in our room. Pull out sofa was disgusting, trash underneath the pull out. No breakfast, no nothing. Cannot believe I paid over $90 for this room.

Since this is a fairly new hotel, I was really pulling for it. It's beautiful on the outside. The lobby is only open until 8 pm. The phone was broken to call for someone. When I called a corporate location in my cell, I was told to call back in 30-60 min if no one came to help me check in. It was midnight when I got there. Fortunately, Sunshine did come out to help me in about 15 min. They were wonderful! The service when we left in the morning was excellent, too. Our room reminded me of a motel 6. Everything was nailed down to keep people from taking it, I liked their room there was a kitchen but the bed needed a good heavy blanket since it was winter. The price was amazing, but I hope they do a few little things to elevate the elevate the experience! I'm pulling for "this could be amazing" hotel! You've got great bones, or foundation!
