Beware of limited check in hours. We got in later than anticipated due to travels delays and found the front desk closed. There was a sign posted to call a number for assistance, but when dialed it tells you your call cannot be completed. A random guest told us someone who works at the hotel also lives here, so after an hour of asking anyone walking by if they work here, we found someone who actually did. Except we were rudely greeted and talked down to, made to feel like we were stupid and just “call the number”. I felt belittled during the check in process. She later apologized when finding out the number actually doesn’t work, but too little too late. First impressions matter. Our room was dirty with stained towels, a maxi pad in the pull our couch, and beer bottle caps. Thankfully we just needed it for a night but will never return. The plus side is easy and convenient location right off the interstate. It was quiet and the pillows were comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were very courteous and professional. Hotel was super clean. Less than half a mile from shops and restaurants. Unbeatable pricing. Will stay here again without any hesitation.

Overall it was a nice place big laundry room no change machine small fitness center with basic. Just didn't find the bed comfortable 😕 outside that's decent

Gas leak overnight (1st evacuation) meant no hot water in the morning. 2nd incident cause evacuation at 5:00 AM not the staffs fault but staff was not apologetic for evacuations or ice cold showers. No explanation given. Staff checked us in but had to wait at 11:00 PM for them nto arrive. strong smell of pot in lobby at time of check in.

Overall not terrible JUST know this is more of a weekly/monthly destination for long term “tenants”! Not for casual travelers using extended stays. No utensils, pots/pans, trash bags or dish liquid or even paper towels provided. Totally defeats purpose of an extended stay if you can’t cook or anything on your own. Heavy inspect spray smell permeates the room. But clean and decent enough. Location is excellent so roughed it out because of that during 4 day stay
