Ciala Resort is beautiful and very peaceful. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The food is very good, and the two restaurants are clean and nice.

"Excellent Service "

The service at Ciala is always top notch. This is my third time staying with them and they are always hospitable. Our TV was missing from our room, so check in was a bit delayed and they had to separate our beds which we had asked for before we arrived, but other than that, if you need a place to relax, it is great to wind down there.

The staff were excellent, especially Luther, his attention to detail was perfect

Initially we were given a room which was not what we had booked, This was rectified, but the water pressure in the shower was abysmal
