Ciala Resort Hotels In Kisumu

The breakfast was great and the location was not far from kisumu

The location being out of CBD. A lot of clean and scene environment

I did not like the Kingsize having two mattresses. They should change to one mattress

The rooms location was great, quiet and away from the hustle & noise within the establishment. The breakfast serving was decent with lots of options. Good value for money.

There was a level of professionalism lacking from the staff. I would recommend a separate pool for day guests and hotel guests (residents). The pool was filled with children which takes away the experience of the hotel guests.

The ambience

Their food generally is sumptuous,there is something for everyone , it gives value for money,the kids enjoyed swimming in their vast pool. The scenery and the hotel's ambience are veey beautiful and charming . The workers from the gate are warm and welcoming, they are so helpful in case of need . I wouid recommend that veryone visits Ciala Resort at least once in their lifetime..

The security lights affected our sleep,even after switching off all the lights in the room,we still have very bright lights reflecting in the room. The croaks from the frogs were a nuisance,I as an adult never slept for the two nights we were there

Location definitely.

1. The noise from events like weddings that play very loud music during the day, especially Firdays to Sundays. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book at these times. It's no longer a resort. The city ironically is much quieter. The signpost from Kisumu-Kakamega road is not there or not visible so once can easily get lost if not careful.
