Ciala Resort Hotels In Kisumu

The rooms were very large and spacious, and there were many amenities such the gym, pool and treatment that I didn't use but which looked good. The fried fish at the restaurant was particularly good.

The food was a bit overpriced and some of the fixtures and fittings need fixing ( shower room door has gaps on the side and bottom that means the whole shower room gets flooded.).

Good hotel, good staff, good value for money.

A beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings, my young daughter and wife throughly enjoyed the pool. The little girl can be disruptive at times but the restaurant staff were so understanding and helpful. We are visiting from the UK but whenever we return to Kenya time will be made for a visit to Ciala.

It's not a complaint but l would have loved to have a little bit more of European food on menu. Didn't notice the, bacon on request sign,until my last morning,

Nice place

Property had hot water only in the mornings. If you want to take a shower in the afternoon or night it was only cold water. No robes in room. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner meals need improving.

Stunning property. Lovely pool. Great food (especially the breakfast buffet).

Sink in bathroom was blocked and hot water not working. I had to ask four times to get them to sort it out.
