We didn’t have enough beds lol we booked for, and then had to wait 7 hours for someone to bring extra sheets and blankets for the couch, due to the lack of beds. Check-in was not pleasant. Waited 5 hours on cottage to be ready.
GBThe cottage was beautiful and really high quality. It had everything we needed and more. The resort is really well laid out and guests have lots of choice of places to shop and eat. Location is amazing, close to Disney World and thousands of amenities.
It could have done with a slightly better clean of the floor before we arrived as it was dusty. Clearer instructions for the air con, TV etc. could have been made obvious. Finally, whilst personal preference, the shower wasn’t adjustable and nearly took a layer of skin off!
USThe restaurant food was good and the location of the hotel was perfect
The property was incredible, but the cottages were not. My cottage, in particular, was unsatisfactory. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes at all. The beds in the room with the twin beds had yellow circles of pee stains on the sheets, and the pillows looked like they had makeup on them. I called the front office to request more sheets, but I never received them. As a result, we didn’t sleep in that room. The pool area was littered with food on the ground, which attracted birds.
CHMagnifique maison, calme, bien décoré, confortable. Lit extrêmement confortable. Accès au centre aquatique est un vrai plus. La piscine de l’hôtel est super. Supers restaurants dans le coin.
Il manque des rideaux occultants, les stores et les rideaux laissent passer beaucoup de lumière.
