USthe location was great. plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to get supplies and explore. lots of options in terms of travel and reasonable distance from the theme parks.
unit was dusty, some fixtures were bent or scuffed up but not a deal-breaker, and the ac settings would reset automatically.

CAMissing linens, bed sheets, not enough towels. Low on kitchen supplies, dish cloth, bake and cookware

The manager was not friendly and has taken several calls to receive my refund.

USWe loved the cottages where we stayed and the resort pool area. We loved that there was a shuttle so we never needed our car.
I wished we could’ve gotten early check in as requested months before our stay. I wish the cottage had been stocked with cooking utensils and basic necessities for cooking like spatulas, mixing spoons, hot pads, salt and pepper. We also had to call for dish towels to dry the dishes.
