USWe stayed in a cottage and it was very close to the resort pool! Everything was easy to get to, and the shuttle was very helpful.
There was nothing that we didn’t like!
GBUSLoved the cottage! Very comfortable! Our cottage was pretty new, great use of space . Pool was great! We also went to the water park every day which was included!
Maybe more towels at the cottages would be great! Our cottage looked clean but the floor was not moped, I found that out because I was wearing white socks the first day.

The furniture was dirty and beat up, the internet never worked or the Wi-Fi, kept having to call someone to fix, no place to put toiletries in the bathroom, the mattress needs to be replaced, it was way too soft and floor boards need to be repainted.

La pesima atención del personal. La habitacion tiene pesimo mantenimiento, la mesa rota, las paredes mal pintadas, los muebles en mal estado. No incluye la limpieza, pero tampoco te dejan ni una escoba para limpiar si se te cae algo. Muy mala ubicacion con relacion a los parques.
