"Perfect for a girls getaway and lots of sightseeing and eating"

Everything! Lovely bedrooms, cosy front room, amazing kitchen, big enough for us all to sit and eat in the evening. Really lovely property. Convenient to the city, several eateries over the road and close to supermarkets. We had a fantastic stay and will be back! Highly recommend this property, it was so clean and modern, and communication with Caroline has been exceptional. Thank you so much.

The property was very well kept, it must have been recently refurbished as there was not a mark anywhere and the fixtures and fittings were new and modern. There were only four of us so we were all able to have a double bed/ room each. It was only a short walk into town (as the property is within the city walls) and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Although we did not bring our cars, there was space for at least three directly outside, which would be great if you had a large group.

One small recommendation: communications from the Lettings Agency could usefully be updated to reflect reality e.g. these suggested photographic ID would be needed on check in, whereas we only needed the key code to enter.

The bedrooms were all a good size, bed was comfy, convenient location - very easy to walk into town. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. One of my friends left an item at the property and they posted it straight away.

Property is not in the most picturesque part of York but it didn't matter as we didn't spend much time there and the house is nice inside.

Excellent location, easy to walk into York centre . Really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Fabulous hosts, helpful and quick to respond.

One of the double rooms was a bit cramped but it did have the most amazing large bed so that was okay 🤩
