Beautifully presented Close to city

Location superb as it was within the walls. Short walk to the centre.

Caroline was a superb host, answering queries quickly . The location is great and in a very quiet area. Decor was modern with quality bathroom/ en suite fitments. There were 5 in our party but house can easily accommodate more. Only 1 of our group brought a car, but there is plenty of parking space. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting York.

Not a dislike, as we didnt have any, but the down stairs double bedroom would benefit from a mirror on the wall.

Great accommodation in a great location. 10 min walk to city centre. House was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Living room was on the smaller side but that didn’t matter as we were mainly out of the house anyway. And there were 11 of us!

It was absolutely perfect. Modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It had everything to help make our stay memorable and perfect.

I honestly don’t think there was anything we didn’t love about this property.

The location was fantastic, everything within walking distance. The house was spacious,clean, tidy with everything you need, lovely coffee machine too. Parking space for at least 3 cars. Caroline the host was excellent to communicate with regarding arrival and departure times.
