Great location for the city centre. Comfortable and clean accommodation and great communication from the host.

Location is very near to attraction, good facility in the house, clear instruction from the host. Parking.

A very convenient location, easy stroll to Fossgate and on into the city. Also well placed to get to the racecourse.

Only a minor point but there was a lack of hanging space for clothes in the first floor en suite.

Fabulous house, spotlessly clean and comfortable, huge beds, lovely bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Waitrose nearby. Three proper allocated parking spaces right outside the house - a real bonus. Easy walking distance to all shopping streets and attractions. We never go to the same place twice... but we plan to be back here next year. Communication with Caroline has been excellent; we were even offered early check-in and late check-out at no charge.

Only downstairs loo is in the bedroom ensuite next to the kitchen. Sleeps 12 comfortably, but dining table seats 8 max, and 12 in the sitting room would be a squash. Tiny dishwasher! Some nighttime noise from the alleyway at the back of the house.

Beautiful home in a great location with ample parking space. House throughout is extremely clean and modern. Clear communication with owner and the property suited our needs perfectly, will book again!

Excellent location and really well maintained. Communication with hosts was really good and offers of early check in and late check out were much appreciated.
