The size of the room, the breakfast and the staff and the price. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been more plush but that is me being picky.

No aircon in the room so with the window open there was vibrant nightlife outside until late. It was nice and quiet when I woke up.

its clean and modern the room we had with wrap around balcony was amazing staff where friendly and they work 24/7 for bar or reception its so central to everything in Liverpool

the room was a little warm but the fan did help and can be noisey Friday/Saturday but I didnt mind to much
