Close to centre bars concert square , arena, great location

The noisy toilet was so loud when we flushed it sounded like a fig horn , we was in the basement room but it’s not out us off

Clean, spacious room. In the city centre so good location if you don't mind a bit of noise throughout the night.

Confusing messaging about check-in (I was told different things by different people), security staff in the evening was not particularly friendly, very busy hotel and thin walls (can hear doors slamming, people shouting etc.)

Upon check-in, I was initially allocated a room in the basement. After being shown the room, I immediately returned to reception and requested a change, as I was not comfortable staying in a basement room. I was asked to return after one hour, at which point I was reassigned to a room on the first floor. However, during my stay, I experienced ongoing issues with the Wi-Fi, which was not working at all. When I raised this with reception, I was advised to forget the network and reconnect, with the suggestion that it might eventually work. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. I reported the problem again the following day and was given the same advice, along with a reassurance that the issue would be escalated to their IT team. Despite staying for two nights and as I was travelling for work, it was frustrating that the Wi-Fi issue was never resolved, and I did not receive any effective support or follow-up from the staff. This significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
