Great apartment with excellent outdoor space.

Pool area was fantastic, plenty of options to find a space in the sun. Location in Palm Cove and layout of the hotel were both great. Staff were excellent all round, very helpful at reception.

Could have been more management of children in the pool area, its difficult because responsibility should firstly fall to parents but some just let kids run amok. mixing up the breakfast menu would be an improvement because we were there for a week and although quality was fine, greater variety over the week would have been appreciated

The pool is the best part of the hotel by far, the staff were accommodating and the location is perfect if your looking to stay around Palm cove.

For a hotel of this price I would expect to have a working bathroom fan and functional internet. In this day and age to not have internet well enough to stream from is pretty poor. Also depending on which internet supplier your with you will barely get data for the majority of my stay in the room I was getting 1 to 2 bars. I stayed with a group which had 4 different rooms booked and none of them had a functional bathroom fan. When I asked the front desk I was assured someone from maintenance would come look at it. 10 days later when we left no one had check up on it.

Great location for cairns IM and post race relaxation

Kitchen utensils need some updating and more items in the kitchen. Basic cooking items were supplied but could have been better quality. Ie salt looked like it had dampened and left for quite some time, mould in hot chocolate and some food on plates.

The location is good and the pool

Internet is bad , and the tv is bad , they need to update the TVs urgently

More effort could be made with the cleanliness of the apartment. Balcony, spa was filthy and bed sheets had dirt marks on the top and also inside the bed. Dirty mop bucket filled with dirty water left out on the balcony. The one cupboard that vould be used by guests to hang their clothing, there was a dry mop left inside the cupboard. Also disappointed there was no onsite parking available for us - had to find a parking spot within the vicinity of Palm Cove.
