Fantastic location, pub serves no food but good eating options nearby

This was the noisiest pub I've been to, didn't stop din till after midnight. Facilities basic, given very basic noisy room, but we did have a room change that was quieter. Not recommended for peaceful stay!

The single room was an attic room with an apex ceiling only 5 foot 10 inches high. One velux window covered with a filthy curtain frayed at the edges, no sink or any other facility in the room, the shared bathroom was two seperat w..c's and a shower room one floor down. There was inadequate hand holds on the final staircase which made it very difficult for an 80 year d to manage especially with luggage.

The staff were really nice.

The staff were really helpful... The bed really comfortable... The shower great... There was a TV... Internet access... Kettle... And washbasin within the room...

It was very hot and when the heating came on as the evening progressed I couldn't find a dial to use to turn it down... Though didn't seek help as I was a bit too tired...

it was cold westher. i did ask staff to put the radiators on in the room. i had no heating for 3 days out of 7 nights. don't go during the winter - or youll freeze your tits off.

The bed was comfortable

The shared facilities were disgusting. I'm not sure if they were being used by the pub goers downstairs but every morning we would go to use them and there were disgusting.
