Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. Our bathroom started to flood because of the jacuzzi next door: warm water and dirt. This happened 11:55 on New Year`s eve. The main desk was empty and the people in charge of security were ... in no condition to help. The only one was a guy working at the party. They didn`t tell us the party was the only way to have dinner so...you can imagine my start of the year. This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Avoid staying here.

Me gusto la tranquilidad que se puede experimentar, las instalaciones de spa así como el servicio fue excelente, aunque la propiedad en algunos espacios parece abandonada, el wifi nunca funciono dentro de la habitación, no hay servicio de transporte a ningún lado, y está súper lejos de cualquier localidad

El servicio deficiente a las 7 de la mañana me quise bañar y no tenía agua caliente, no tenía papel de baño en mi cuarto y nadie me pudo atender que Pk en recepción llegaban a las 8 de la mañana, así que me tuve que bañar con agua fría a 8 grados la temperatura y el papel jamás llegó.

El agua de la alberca estaba fria… parecia que no esperaban huespedes. El Spa cerrado, el temascal cerrado, nunca vimos los caballos de los que ofrecian paseos 😏

No internet Restaurant is poorly maintained. Air conditioning they have to change 3 rooms. Even the last one doesn't work. I was tired of moving to 4 th one. Not sure how this hotel is even rated with out basic stuff. I am the only guest in entire hotel. That tells most of it.
