La propiedad está bonita, pero muchas cosas no funcionaban. La piscina estaba sucia, el jacuzzi no trabajaba, el gym estaba fuera de servicio, el cuarto de entrenamiento estaba sucio (mesa de billar) había botes tirados alrededor de la piscina. En una de las habitaciones la alarma contra fuego empezó a sonar porque se le acabó la pila y en lugar de reemplazar la pila quitaron la alarma. Si la propiedad está bonita pero no creo que le dan el mantenimiento adecuado. Lo que sí nos gusto mucho fue la comida muy buen Chef

El servicio del restaurante fue pesimo, 40 minutos para que me tomen la orden, pedi un spaguetti con camarones y me comentaron que ya no habia camarones peeero me lo cobraron como si tuviera camarones, el hotel no tenia agua, habia que esperar por lo menos 45 minutos en lo que llegaba el tecnico y yo con un compromiso encima, NO HAY GENTE EN LA RECEPCION QUE TE PUEDA RESOLVER, MUY MAL!!!!!!

El hotel tiene mucho potencial y la zona es perfecta para descansar, ya que está un poco alejado de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo está cerca a muchos viñedos y atractivos turísticos. El problema es que lo tienen muy descuidado, cuando llegamos al hotel, ya muy noche,(nos hospedamos en la master suite) no había papel de baño, nunca hubo agua de cortesía, no había tapete para regadera y jacuzzi (el piso muy resbaloso), el aire acondicionado no funcionó, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y lo arreglo mi esposo, por que no llego el técnico. El servicio a la habitación muy lento, pedimos café americano nada mas y el segundo día, de plano no llego. Necesitan ponerse las pilas por que se nota que la administración no está supervisando que todo funcione a la perfección
