"lovely hotel in Aberfeldy"

Friendly welcome, lovely shower, delicious breakfast, convenient location, good advice about where to have supper.

Some people might find it inconvient not to be able to arrive until 4pm. Views from bedroom disappointing.

My mum struggles climbing the stairs but the bannister was sturdy so she managed

We had a delightful stay at Balnearn House which provided the perfect jumping off point for exploring the local area and the distilleries in Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. The breakfast was amazing and both my friend and I said it was probably the best we've ever had staying at a B&B. Would highly reccomend!

We had a delightful stay at Balnearn House. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located right next to the Birks of Aberfeldy path— you can even hear the sound of the water running in the river as you approach the house! It is also within easy walking distance of the lovely town, which had plenty of cafe and restaurant options for lunch and dinner. Our room was comfortable and clean and there is also a lounge upstairs for guests to use, which was great for relaxing in the evening. The delicious breakfast was made fresh by Mark each morning and there were plenty of vegetarian options available. We travelled without a car and had no issues making our way around on foot, by bus, or by taxi. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a perfect stay— no notes for improvement :)
