Balnearn House

Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great welcome! Owners Mark & Claire are lovely friendly people! Loved the breakfast served ! The beds were comfortable and hot shower was lovely! We would recommend anyone going to Aberfeldy to use their services. Thanks to them we had a lovely stay! Homai & James McPherson

bellissima casa in stile vittoriano convertita in albergo, camera molto bella, spaziosa, dotata di tutto l'occorrente per preparare un tea o un caffè, colazione tipica inglese molto buona e generosa nelle porzioni. Le parti comuni bellissime, anche il giardino a disposizione degli ospiti. Proprietario gentilissimo

Our room was small with a sink in the bedroom rather than the ensuite which was very small but adequate for one night.

The house is beautiful both inside and out. The room was spacious and clean and we had everything you could possibly needed. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable. There is a lounge where you can relax overlooking the gardens.

Never a lover of deciding what I want for breakfast the day before but it worked well

A beautifully furnished and very comfortable hotel with very accommodating hosts who made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious!
