Sunny Island Homestay

Initially booked 3 nights but ended up staying 6 nights since we felt like home. Thu and her family are lovely people, who helped us with everything we needed. Thu knows the area really well and has all the advice you need. The homestay is in a very cozy and quiet part of the town, perfect if you need some peace from the busy center. Most of the time we used the free bicycles to get around the area. Also loved the soft mattress, pool and tasty soup for breakfast!

Amazing breakfast and super nice staff!! mornings at the pool are super nice (in the afternoon there’s shadow, so it doesn’t get too hot) :) everything was clean and we had enough towels :)

since the location is not in the centre, it takes a 10 min walk to the next restaurant/café

Everything was amazing. The staff are very kind and effective as well as the facilities they offered us such as the tour, free bikes, motorcycle renting and train tickets.

Spacious room and breakfast included. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and the homestay offer bicycles for free. Great value for money!

Beautifully furnished, clean and big room. Host was very friendly and help us to book tours and taxis. She even surprised me with a pack of Vietnamese coffee to bring home. Awesome host!

the owner was very friendly and helpful. if it were nice weather it would have been great to use the pool. the room was big and had all you need. the bike rental is for free and then it‘s very räeasy to ride the 10mins into the old town of hoi an.

the bathroom didn‘t really get dry after showering because the whole room was wet after showering and it didn‘t have a window to get the wet air out. the bedsheets were always totally get out of place while sleeping, which was a bit annoying. for breakfast were only two options which option 1 (fried eggs) i doesn‘t like and option 2 (banana pancakes) my boyfriend doesn‘t like, which made it a bit boring.
