This is a beautiful property with really lovely staff. The room was one of the nicest we’ve had in SE Asia and the bathroom was amazing! Lovely pool and pool area. The free breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious. The staff are really friendly and helpful and work really hard to make sure you don’t miss anything in Hoi An. I would highly recommend this place!

It’s a bit far out of central Hoi An but you can hire a motorbike or use their free bikes and is a nice route into town😊

Everything!! Hosts are very kind and care a lot about their guests. The room and private bathroom are very spacious, cosy and modern. And everything was sparkly clean. Room air conditioner saved our life given the high temperatures outside :) The breakfast was delicious, specially the banana pancakes which we liked a loooot :) The homestay is 5 minutes from the center by bike, which they provide for free. I'm glad we could relax there, a little bit out of the city center mess. Hosts had a lot of details with us. As an example, they woke up very early to prepare the breakfast for us, since we were leaving early in the morning (and they even prepared banana pancakes, that required more preparation time!). Also, they provided additional water to us for the travel. They were very kind to us. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the amazing help they provided to me when I forgot my luggage there. They offered to send it to Saigon, kept track of it and made sure I received it correctly and asap. I cannot describe how thankful I am. I strongly recommend Sunny Riverside Homestay! Actually, we already recommended it to some of or friends coming to Hoi An.

Really good quality home stay, nice swimming pool, comfy beds, friendly "staff" (including the grand mother preparing delicious pan cakes (real crêpes!) in the morning) and nice views. They were also available for various requests and flexible eg letting us checking out late.

As said in some other comments, it is a bit far from the old center but we actually appreciated that as it was quiet. we also very much liked cycling with the bikes the hotel lends through the tiny streets between where real Vietnamese life is!

This homestay really treated us good. The room was fresh and clean, private toilet also clean. The staff were very friendly and really helped us booking tours and activities outdoor the homestay. We also borrowed bikes for free, which was necessary to take when we went to town ca 2 km away. I feel very good and a bit sad leaving this homestay. The price was so good and cheap and really corresponded what we got.

The home stay was beautiful! Very spacious rooms with balconies. The rooms had shower gel, tooth brushes, shampoo, hairdryer. There was also a mini fridge! The pool was very nice to relax next to. The bikes were available free of charge and moped for 150,000d pd. the host and her family were so welcoming, advices us on where to go and what to do and offered to help arrange everything for us. The breakfast banana pancakes were so delicious and they event offered you more portions! Tea and coffee was included in the price too. We definitely recommend stay here!

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Homestay! We really enjoyed our time here. The place is clean and very comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the pool was great to sit by. The family is wonderful and makes a great breakfast. The home stay is a bit of a walk from the City Center, but if you grab the free bikes they have it takes about 10minutes to get into town and it is a nice bike ride along the river. It also looks like they are building a new bridge closer to the home stay to get to the city, so that will be helpful in a couple months when it is open. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice and big modern rooms. Plenty of space to leave your stuff. You can rent bikes and book tours at the homestay. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast.

The matras of the bed was good, but the top of the mattress was loose, causing it to move all the time. it woke us up several times in the middle of the night.

Spacious room, clean, good pool and Amazing service. Beds are comfortable, shower is clean and big. Breakfast is good and you have 3 different options✨ You can rent an scooter or have a free bicycle. The locations is 5 minutes in scooter to the downtown. Thanks a lot for your kindness and hospitality✨ We enjoyed our stay in this place and we would like to come back.
