It was cheap.

It smelled like urine when we first walked into the place. We had to go get some air fresheners . Our room was soo hot it made me partner sick. He was vomiting from the heat. We unfortunately couldn’t find another affordable place to stay for the night so we stuck it out until the morning.

location, quietness, notes to guide new arrivals to enjoy most of Houston attractions, the proximity to bus 11 ($1 USD) which would take you to the stop of bus 102 ($1 USD) to the airport.

It feels like home 😊. The receptionists are very nice amd the place is quite clean 👌 😍

I liked the safety of having a locked gate to enter the property and then a locked door to enter the building, all using regularly changed electronic codes, and the same for the room locks as well. The lobby decor was pleasant too.

The location and my experience inside felt sort of isolating. There didn't seem to be anyone walking around or more than one person on staff. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the light in the kitchen. And my room was a bit cold at night, and I couldn't figure out how to possibly turn on the heat for it. I also couldn't find anyone at the reception desk when I left to confirm that I was checking out. I ended up leaving a bit earlier than I expected.

I did not stay at the property I would like a refund. I did not feel safe.

There was no attendant I called. I told them I would like a refund. They told me to call booking to get a refund. I did not stay at the property.
