For a budget hotel, it is very good. You can't ask more for the price.

Really friendly staff, lovely room and great location

Clean / tidy and suiable for us to catch the morning ferry. Parking facility essential, so possibly in high season may not be so lucky?? Maybe just a basic tea making in the room more convenient and a bit more room in the bathroom! But oveall it suited our needs.

The stuff was friendly first But I’m very disappointed my car worth more than all the cars was parked there and there was no car park I literally stayed over for 10 days cuz of my work Everyday I had issue to park my car I asked the reception night He said I have to pay them £10 I don’t know cuz of my expensive car or just they trying to fraud me Because on Hotels.com it says Free WiFi Ans Free parking But I never book there again cuz there is no space for car park Also one night I couldn’t find car park after driving round more than 30min for car park In the end I parked on drive way peivate and next morning the Nighbour be like Is that ur car don’t park there on my drive way And I explained whole situation And they were racist and dirty talking Anyways I’m regret I wasted my money on that hotel I had very bad experience

The unique thing about this property is that there are no staff to help if you get locked out of your room after 6pm, which resulted in me sleeping on a park bench close by. Completely unacceptable, i finally recieved a call at 7:15 the next morning from some rude woman who made me feel like it was an effort to help me, consluding in her just saying someone will be down at 8am to let you in.... The customer service in the joke of a hotel is the worse i have ever experienced while working away from home. They really dont care about their guests, in addition to this the hotel (if you can call it that) is not covid safe, the toilets were dirty and clearly havent been cleaned within a 24 hour period this is proven by no members of staff being in the premises all night. And on top of all that there was no hot water to even wash your hands, didnt even bother with the shower complete horror show of a place. Parking is also hard to find and the rooms are incredibly small. Do your self a favour and book somewhere else if you are reading this. I am still waiting for a refund which they are being very difficult about with shows just how terrible this place is after the experience i had... southsea sucks should be the new name of this place!

Nice and clean hotel, staff are very friendly. Rooms maybe could do with some soundproofing. Other than that we would stay again.

Everything was as expected, the hotel was great value for money for one night. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

There was no covid19 restrictions at all. There is shared bathroom, we asked for antibacterial spray so we can clean before shower but nothing was available. We only stayed 1 night without using shower. I have cancelled 3 other nights, no refund given. Staff lied. Will never stayed there again and will never recommend to anyone.
