It’s in a lively area, near good local restaurants

The shower and bathroom are very small, virtually nil space to put anything . I’m a late reader and there were no bedside lights in our room

We had the room at the front with a fabulous balcony. We sat out for our evening meal and breakfast....wonderful. NB No meals are included. Remote check in as no resident staff works vey well. The room contains everything you need. Tea and coffee, good shower and toilet. Comfortable bed We have stayed before and always been delighted with a good night's rest. Position is brilliant

Convenient location close to bus routes. Good that they had ground coffee and a cafetiere in the room.

Bathroom a bit basic (but clean).

Good location, clean, quiet.

Thermostatic control on shower broken (temperature locked on scalding hot), toilet seat broken, pealing paint on outside wall, windows (sealed units) completely misted. A sad and neglected room. No staff available on site or responding to phone number provided.

Location, brilliant - a stone's throw away from the main seafront promenade and a 15 minute walk from the Lanes. Good en suite room. Not the Ritz, but complete on most aspects.

The self check in policy means you're talking to staff down the phone. It's much more amenable and frankly easier to talk to staff in person. The bed was on the shorter side. If you're over 6ft then it's going to be annoying (luckily I wasn't). The fact that the permit parking wasn't included in the price is a little frustrating but £12.50 for the day is not an extortion. A few water stains on the ceiling in our room. Artwork - did we really need a scantily clad lady on the main wall over our bed? At least it was funny.

+ points for remote check in so we could arrive whenever and not worry about reception hours and having non dairy milk available in the tea+coffee in the room. close to cafes shops and the beach :)
