Greenwood Bed and Breakfast

David is an excellent host and cooked delicious breakfasts. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well-furnished, etc. We did not have time to play games, but I appreciated that he has scrabble and several other games. The location is fantastic! We walked the 5-10 minute walk on the path to Ponce Market twice to enjoy wonderful meals, and we were just a few miles from Virginia-Highlands and downtown. Easy to drive or Uber into downtown. Excellent and beautiful area for walking and running. Great parking as well.

Amazing place, a real home from home

David is a great host. Breakfast was delicious and his recommendations for local restaurants were spot on! The area is very walkable.

The property owner, David, was very hospitable and accommodating. The property is quiet and a great alternative to a hotel. I felt like I had my ow personal apartment in Atlanta. You will truly enjoy your time there.

Perfect location for the Jimmy Carter Museum, Botanical Gardens, and downtown. Great restaurants and the Beltline trail within walking distance. David's breakfasts are delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

We found this little gem by good luck. Clean, cozy place with lots of room to relax, and a great location. Our host, Dave, was very helpful and friendly. He prepared wonderful breakfasts for us and gave us great advice on the nearby bars and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Atlanta.

This is a single unit connected to a cute historic brick home. It has a complete kitchen, nice living room and patio area, and comfortable bedroom. The owner, David, was totally attentive and helpful. The location is very close to downtown, yet it seems like a suburban setting. Lots of interesting stuff within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
