Great service and a very fun stay. Very historic and I really enjoyed that so much.

The host Ivan and bartenders were so accommodating and friendly. Love that they are dog friendly too. Awesome coffee shop too and food. Will definitely be back when I visit again

Very interesting place. Truly Texas small town feel. Very nice helpful staff. My grown children had a great time at the evening entertainment area in the lobby area. The town was very beautiful, a lot of hidden treasures.

This was a very quaint, historical old building. Lots of antique furniture and friendly faces. The bar downstairs creates an atmosphere of a small place with close friends. The rooms are decorated. Amazingly and they are spacious and it seems like a small apartment. Excellent stay for the money

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. It was a one night stay with my wife and two small children while visiting family and friends in Brady. I arrived at approximately 8 PM and there is no separate area to check in so I had to go to the crowded bar area where it took several minutes to get anyone’s attention. Once I told them I was there to check in, I did not receive any kind of real response, but several minutes later another gentleman came up to the bar with a phone and looked up my reservation. The process lacked any kind of professionalism in either dress or etiquette. Dressed in an untucked tshirt that did not identify himself with the hotel, he used vulgar language the entire time he was showing me to the room. Not directly towards me, but cussing at the dog that was walking with him and making multiple inappropriate comments; at one point asking me if I had an STD. The electrical in the room did not work properly so none of the appliances in the kitchenette worked. The bed’s mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. They had a portable heater in the bedroom that was unsafe, especially if you have small children. The hotel was hosting a party downstairs and was blaring live music until midnight and then the bar music was playing until 2 am. It was so loud you could not enjoy the TV, if it worked (it did not). There was no one downstairs the next morning to speak with and I have received no response to emails.

We enjoyed looking around at the overall decor and taking pictures with all this beauty in the background.Our suite was so inviting and comfortable . We felt totally safe with the staff watching after us. Everyone was friendly and helpful as well as fun to communicate and share highlights of living.Thank you for a memorable stay! Can’t wait for our next trip!

It's very friendly, old historic style hotel.

The hotel is great we go up to hunt and the place has everything you need after a long day, so you can relax.

This is a very different but interesting property. The staff is mostly family and they try to make your stay a good one. The bar on the lobby is very interesting and again the staff worked hard to please. I don't have a complaint other than the wifi would not stay connected. Don't expect a typical hotel but my stay was fine. Hotel was across the street from the town square and county historical museum.

We like staying in an older property with modern convenient services.
