Staff for the Apartment are accommodating from start to finish. Spacious Apartment, nice & clean Plenty of Parking spaces on public roads nearby.

The property is great! Good location very close by transportation and clean. Very spacious and good for a group of friends or family. I would strongly recommend staying there.

Spacious Management were friendly and responsive to some of the issues we had. Good introductory information about area. Secure off road parking

Recently done up but several issues. Bathrooms smelt. Management did come in to re clean but issue remained. Window had no safety feature to prevent full opening on 4th floor- dangerous. No safety door chain despite asking this to be fixed. Curtain rail fell off(self fixed), shower head loose and came detached from wall, bathroom lock fell off (fixed on request) no plugs in bathroom sinks (fixed on request)

It is a very nice, large apartment with spacious rooms and two separate bathrooms. Great for a family of 4. Moss Coffeehouse in the building is serving an excellent breakfast / brunch.

It would be great to have black-out curtains and airconditioning.

It was close to the city centre. The staff were lovely. Close enough to shops and transport.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest. Found marks on the bed covers, the onsuite looked to have mould growing in the shower. Had trouble sleeping with being able to hear the children in the courtyard bit playing until around 11-12pm and then the apartment above us could hear them moving around with how loud their footsteps were. There was no hard cooking spoon so had to buy one as struggled to stir pasta, sauce and rice with cooking supplies provided. There isn't really anywhere to park unless you pay extra. Some of the plug sockets didn't work in the apartment.

We liked the environment and all we needed to feel at home was available. We had a good time at Glasgow and will be spending more nights at Vkm when next we're in Glasgow.

Everything was great.

It is a nice place. Very walkable neighborhood. Front door did not fit the doorway so there was light visible all around it. Fortunately the weather was very nice while we were there and the security of the building made me feel at ease about our safety.
