When we first arrived there was a strong smell of cannabis in our room which was so intoxicating it made me feel nauseous , we then noticed a questionable brown stain on the mattress that the owner blamed on us and withheld our deposit because of it. The cutelry and plates etc were filthy and we weren’t able to use them because of this. After my weekend stay I was furious as I shouldn’t have to deal with a smell of cannabis which continued throughout the whole weekend and to be blamed, for a very questionable Brown stain on a mattress and withheld our £400 deposit. When we contacted about our deposit the owner didn’t even have the decency to reply. I couldn’t advise to stay away from these apartments much more. I wouldn’t recommend or ever stay here again.

I always stay here when we visit Glasgow to see family. As a woman often travelling solo it is very reassuring to have such an efficient and personal check in. No trying to access fiddly key safes with out of date passcodes as at some properties but a personal welcome at the property. I feel very safe and any messages /requests are quickly answered. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are all spotlessly clean, very comfortable and stylishly decorated. All together a very pleasant experience!
